DNS-73Q Quick Pressure Relief Valve
DNS-73Q Quick Pressure Relief Valve
Spec Sheet: DNS-73Q Angle Pattern Quick Pressure Relief Valve
Certification: Available on request
The DNS-73Q is a hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated quick pressure relief valve. It relieves excessive system pressure when such pressure rises above a pre-set value, responding immediately, accurately and with high repeatability by opening fully, and providing smooth drip tight closing.
Description
DNS-73Q Quick Pressure Relief Valve
Features and Benefits:
• Designed to stand up to the toughest conditions.
• Excellent anti-cavitation properties.
• Wide flow range with high stability and accuracy.
• Drip tight sealing.
• Double chamber design for moderated valve reaction and a protected diaphragm.
• Optional operation in very low pressure with a moderated closing curve.
• Flexible design allowing easy addition of features.
• Obstacle free flow path.
• V-Port throttling plug option for very stable low flow.
• Compatible with various standards and manufactured from high quality materials.
• In-line serviceable for easy maintenance.
Major Additional Features:
• Flow stem – DNS-73Q-M.
• Position indication – DNS-73Q-S.
General Application:
Relieves excessive system pressure in water networks. When pressure exceeds a pre-set value the valve opens fully to protect the system, then closes smoothly and drip tight once pressure returns to normal.
