DNS Hydraulic Repair Clamps & Couplings are all-stainless-steel couplings for the connection and repair of pipes across a wide range of materials, including steel, asbestos cement, cast iron, polyethylene, PVC and GRP. The range covers openable, long-body and high-pressure repair clamps for diameters from 60 mm to 300 mm.

• Fully openable design for fast installation on live or damaged pipelines
• All stainless steel construction (AISI 304 / AISI 316) for high corrosion resistance
• Suitable for steel, asbestos cement, cast iron, polyethylene, PVC and GRP pipes
• Hold-ON and PILOTO screw technology for self-centring and secure fitting
• EPDM gasket to UNE-EN 681-1 (WA), WRAS / ACS approved for potable water
• Accommodates axial movement up to 10 mm and angular deviation up to 1°
• Nominal pressure 10 bar standard, up to 40 bar depending on diameter
Range: Series 5 & 10 (openable, 135 mm), Series 20 (long, 200 mm), Series 40 (long, 380 mm), Series AP (high-pressure, 200 mm) and Series MS (200 mm). Materials: casing, reinforcement, screws and shafts in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316; EPDM gasket with NBR O-ring. Operating temperature -10°C to +100°C. Diameters 60–300 mm. Test pressure = working pressure × 1.5.
