The DNS Stainless Steel Circular Penstock is a compact, lightweight penstock with a circular opening, designed and manufactured in the UK to BS 7775:2005. Robustly fabricated in stainless steel with elastomeric sealing to all sides and nylon guides, it is ideal for flow control and isolation on circular pipe outlets.

• Bi-directional with resilient sealing to all sides
• Fabricated in stainless steel EN 10088 1.4302 [304] or 1.4401 [316]
• Non-rising rolled stainless steel spindle as standard; rising spindles on request
• Self-cleaning high-density nylon gate guides for reduced friction
• Self-adjusting EPDM seals; seating pressure 6 mWC on/off seat
• Tapered drive cap as standard; gearbox and actuation on request
Applications: waterways, power plants, industrial effluent plants, pumping stations, wastewater and sewage treatment, hydro power, and drainage and flood control. Design standard BS 7775 / DIN 19569-4; hydrostatic testing to EN 12266-2; maximum head 6 mWC.
