• Ductile iron construction for high strength and durability
• Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating for long-term corrosion protection, suitable for potable water
• Machined and tapped BSP bore for a quick, secure screwed connection
• Drilled to BS EN 1092 (also available to ANSI B16.5 and BS 10 tables)
• Full size range DN15 to DN600 (15mm to 600mm)
• Multiple pressure ratings from PN6 to PN100
• WRAS approved materials available on request
Threaded blind flanges provide a flanged termination or adaptor onto threaded pipework where a bolted flange connection is required. Manufactured in ductile iron with a durable FBE coating, they are suited to potable water, wastewater and general water-network duties. Full dimensional data – flange diameters, bolt-hole drilling, bolt sizes and flange thicknesses across all sizes and pressure classes – is provided in the attached flange dimension chart.
